• Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PKT) will be processed on the following business day.

• For prepaid orders, kindly share your payment confirmation via WhatsApp (03032912600) to facilitate prompt order verification and dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are as follows:

• Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad: 2–3 business days

• Other major cities: 3–4 business days

• Remote locations: 4–6 business days

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure:

• Your contact number and delivery address are accurate and complete.

• Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

• The exact payment amount is ready upon delivery.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
